Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Processing time
Every custom order is printed and cut to order. Custom orders ship within 2–4 business days after you place them. Ready-made decals from our Store ship within 1–2 business days. Large or high-quantity orders may take longer; if yours will, we'll email you.
Shipping rates and delivery times
All orders ship with USPS.
- Economy: FREE on orders of $20 or more, $4.99 on orders under $20. Estimated delivery 2–5 business days after your order ships.
- Expedited: $15.00, where offered at checkout. Estimated delivery 1–3 business days after your order ships.
Delivery estimates come from the carrier and aren't guaranteed. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but you didn't receive it, email info@fairwindsdesigns.com within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, but we'll do our best to help.
